SHAFAQNA – Imam Ali (AS) addressing Malik Ashtar said: If people suspect that you have wronged them, offer them an apology openly because by doing so, you will take them out of their suspicion. Offering apology causes the soul to fall into the habit of good behaviour, kindness and flexibility towards people. Offering apology will help your aim of taking people towards the truth [1].
