SHAFAQNA – It is narrated from Imam Hussain (AS) who said: If a person insults me in my right ear and offers an apology in my left ear, I will forgive him; because my father Imam Ali (AS) narrated from my grandfather, the Prophet of Allah (SWT) who said: The person who does not accept others justified or unjustified apologies, will not enter the Pond of Kawthar (on the Day of Judgment) [1].
