Question: What is the ruling about using texts and news from a site or a news agency without mentioning the source? (On the condition that it is written on the footnote of any news that the use of it, is allowed by mentioning the source)
The Grand Ayatollah Rouhani: If quoting without mentioning the source appear to those addressed as if no source has been used, naturally it is lying and it is not allowed; otherwise there is no problem.
