SHAFAQNA – It is narrated from Imam Sadeq (AS) who said: Be hopeful of God in such a way that you are not courageous enough to commit sins, and be so fearful of God that you do not lose hope of Divine Mercy [1]. In another narration, Imam Sadeq (AS) said: Fear is the guard for the heart and hope the companion of the soul. The one who knows God, is fearful and hopeful of God, and fear and hope are two wings of the belief, and the pious servant of God flies with them to paradise, and they are two eyes of wisdom and with them (the pious servant of God) sees the promises and threats of God [2].
