SHAFAQNA – According to the Quran and Islamic teaching, human being should apologise whenever a sin or a mistake is committed, a person should apologise and accept others apologies. But at the same time a person should be careful not to do a thing which requires apologising. The Prophet of Islam (PBUH) said: Avoid a deed which requires you to apologise for it; because there is hidden Shirk (ascribing partners beside God) in this [1].
