SHAFAQNA – The Grand Ayatollah Sistani answered a question about nominating a person to pay Kaffarah for Ramadhan on our behalf.
Question: Can a person be nominated (by me) to pay Kaffarah of the holy month of Ramadhan (on my behalf) or not?
The Grand Ayatollah Sistani: If you are sure that with that money the same amount of bread is bought and delivered on your behalf as Kaffarah, then there is no problem.
